Danny is a technician specializing in form and technique correction, function, body position and target muscle activation, He has extensive experience in strength and conditioning and coached and trained people from all walks of life and from all age groups. Danny is caring, empathetic and communicates well with clients. Danny connects well with people that are struggling.

Cherie is passionate about bringing health and fitness to women of all ages, shapes and sizes. Cherie found fitness for herself at a mature age. She is a Mother of 4 children and that coupled with her life experience gives her a relatability that helps her work with women (and men) from all walks of life. She appreciates the ups and downs that life throws at us and is genuine and empathetic towards people and the paths their lives have taken. Cherie is invested in the people that she interacts with and in their health and fitness journey. Cherie has previously competed in both Bodybuilding and Powerlifting competitions. Cherie is both flexible and diverse with the group classes and one-on-one sessions that she conducts.

Kickboxing Trainer
Phil started his own personal fitness journey at a young age in his chosen sport of Boxing. He quickly progressed to Kickboxing and fought both at Amateur and Professional level where he held both the Victorian and East Coast Kickboxing titles in the late 90's. He was a contender and fought for the Australian Kickboxing title. Following his fight career he owned and operated his own Kickboxing & Muay Thai gym. He is a successful fight preparation coach at both Amateur and Professional level with a win-loss record of 9-1. Phil is down to Earth and grounded and enjoys getting the most out of people that are around him. Anything is possible if you put your mind to it.

Jenn is qualified in Certificate 3 Fitness (Group Training) and Certificates of Achievement in Food, Nutrition & Health along with a Certificate of Achievement in Sports & Recreation Management. Jenn has excelled in other area's of her life both personally and professionally as well as academically. Jenn has life experience beyond her years making her deeply compassionate and empathetic. She is a highly energetic fitness enthusiast with a strong desire to connect with and empower members to be the best versions of themselves.
